Cowboy Trail, 12x9; 16x12

from $23.00

Prints available in 12×9, 16×12

I had a hard time picking the title of this piece—after all, how could I assign a name to home? But that view in my yard, with the angled street running parallel to the remnants of old train tracks, is what I see. My bedroom windows overlook the shortcut to the library behind the tree line. It would be hard to forget the cactuses sticking onto my flip-flop bottoms in the heat of summer. The train's been long gone, but in its place, the 𝘊𝘰𝘸𝘣𝘰𝘺 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘭 acts as a means of transportation for walkers, bikers, runners, and the occasional dog. My little path intersected that trail, right next to the water tower.
